SERGENT MAJOR was founded in France in 1987. The brand offers to its customers clothing and accessoaries for babies and children aged 0-11 in over 580 stores around the world.

For the Bulgarian market we are looking for a Store Manager.

Main Responsibilities: • Setting and managing budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources; • Responsible for keeping the store according to the company's standards; • Responsible for updating the stock in the online store; • Manages the store operations and ensures excellent customer service; • Manages the entire team - including recruitment, training, motivation and performance evaluation; • Supports the store team in customer service ( consultation, work on the cash point ) through personal example in these processes; • Responsible for all store warehouse operations - receiving, sorting and storing products in the store; • Works with our warehouse system and enters the received and sold products information, warehouse management and marketing activities; • Prepares regular reports for the performance of the stores; • Observance and excellent knowledge of internal company work rules; • Complies with the requirements of loyalty to his employer.

Qualifications: • Higher education; • Experience in a leadership position in clothing trade; Advantage - experience in the trade of children's clothes and accessories; • Very good computer literacy (retail specialist software, Excel and Word); • Very good language culture; • Proficiency in a foreign language - English or French • Interests and knowledge in the field of fashion; • Flexibility and individual approach to each client; • Management skills and teamwork skills; • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
