Our specialty is Executive Search, IT Recruitment and specific white-collar recruitment projects, headhunting the right candidates for our clients, in a professional, confidential and discrete manner. Recruitment Consultant

*Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit prospective candidates through various channels.
  • Assess candidates to ensure they match qualifications, fit culturally, and are compatible.
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks.
  • Perform market research and analyze HR data by industry/sector.
  • Enhance relationships with existing key clients and seek to establish new ones.
  • Maximize the use of networks, media, business and social events, and databases (clients, candidates, referrals) to support strategic business needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective networks (e.g., business fairs, networking meetings, events such as conferences and trade shows) to maximize visibility and attract top-quality talent.
  • Support daily business activities and routine administrative tasks, such as correspondence and interview arrangements.
  • Update the company database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Economics, or Psychology.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is essential.
  • Experience in IT recruitment is a plus for those interested in technical recruitment.
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
  • Excellent sales and writing skills in both English and Bulgarian.
  • Passion for recruitment and a desire to develop in the HR field.
  • Ability to handle multitasking.
  • Strong business ethics.
  • Proactive and self-driven personality.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
  • Fluency in English is essential.*
