Customer Support Specialist (Software Engineering)

Our client is a software company providing a Backend as a Service (BaaS) Platform partnering with companies in multiple countries and delivering service to millions of people and mobile devices from around the world. Their goal is to simplify the cloud technologies and share their knowledge and experience with their customers through the products and services they are building. If you have a passion and interest in technologies and want to be part of a friendly and dedicated team, we are waiting for you to join the Customer Success Team in Sofia.

So, what’s the role all about?

  • Communicate with developers and marketers using chat, email, and phone;
  • Provide online assistance for our products and services;
  • Answer customer’s queries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and colleagues in the office;
  • Guide customers into finding the best solution for them;
  • Preparing blog posts and articles that are helpful to our clients;
  • Take part in additional activities you would find interesting for you.

What are we looking for:

  • Fluent written & spoken English language. Another language is a plus;
  • Friendly and communicative approach;
  • Desire to collaborate in a team;
  • Self-driven character;
  • Ability to quickly deal with challenging situations;
  • Strong interest in the IT field. Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Parse Server, and MongoDB will be considered as a serious advantage.
