E-commerce Customer Care Advisor with German

In the role of E-commerce Customer Care Advisor you will provide support for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all products as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support our consumers.

So, what’s the role all about?

  • Handling customer contacts via e-mail , phone and chat:
  • Supports and guides customers to ensure outstanding customer support and satisfaction;
  • Continuously improves customer satisfaction by handling complaints in a professional manner,
  • Taking ownership and being accountable for a satisfactory outcome for the customer.
  • Achieve key metrics, targets and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers

You are good fit for the role if you:

  • Have fluent level of German language;
  • Have good level of English language;
  • Have excellent knowledge and use of MS Office applications;
  • Have excellent customer care skills;
  • Have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
