Client Coordinator with French or Italian

For one of our trusted clients – an international company that provides services in the IT and Outsourcing field, we are seeking a Client Coordinator with French or Italian.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients over the phone and via email, assess their current product usage, and suggest enhanced services tailored to their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists and advertising agencies to provide insights for optimizing ads and maximizing client investments.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Enhance clients’ experiences by consulting on the most suitable product adoption strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French or Italian and English.
- Experience in sales/up-selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to evolving needs and help clients grow their business on the advertising platform.
