HR Internship

We are seeking for a Super Star Human Resources Intern. How about entering the gaming industry? Are you ready to grow in a fast-paced environment? Are you brave enough to share ideas and build new HR processes?

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred major in HR management or a relevant program Well-developed verbal and written communication and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and positive Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Drive, Calendar, etc.). Fluency in English language

Responsibilities:

Create and publish job ads, organize and conduct interviews Evaluate candidates and proceed to job offers Maintain human resource information system records Conduct onboarding of new employees Apply human resources plans and procedures and implement personnel policies Carry on employee surveys and analyze feedback data Contribute unique ideas and personality to Imperia Online’s culture
