Trainee in the Payments Department

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking for a responsible person to join us as a Trainee in the Payments Department and to dive into the professional life in the bank.
Main responsibilities:
- Assistance to the IT department in testing various functionalities related to the processes of the Payments department
- Active participation in team discussions Payments to improve and optimize processes
- Verification and processing of payments in national and foreign currency
- Verification and processing of payments in foreign currencies
- Responding to customer inquiries in connection with tracking and changes in transactions
- Participation in various projects related to payment products and services
- Correspondence and provision of necessary information related to payments to other departments in the Bank

- Initiative and active participation in the tasks of the relevant department or branch of the Bank
- Good level of English proficiency
- Bulgarian language - native or proficiency

The duration of the internship is from 6 to 12 months. The duration is tailored to your university workload (full-time attendance or every day of the working week is not required). The internship is paid, and the scholarship is based on the number of hours attended.
