Intern, Record-to-Report

The Shared Service Center (SSC) Record to Report (RTR) Accountant Trainee will be responsible for providing certain transactional RTR activities for our CCEP Business Unit including recording general ledger transactions, reconciliations, completing journals, month-end close and reporting activities. The role is suitable for students and recent graduates in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business that are keen to develop their personal and professional experience in a multinational environment and gain a broad understanding of the manufacturing and commercial processes in the FMCG sector as well as tax implication of certain business transactions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the accurate and timely completion of general ledger accounting journals and balance sheet reconciliations • Support the payment process of corporate income tax and federal trade tax for our legal entites • Monthly & Quarterly closing activities under IFRS – accruals, manual invoices, actual-versus-budget comparisons • Ensure that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.) • Build positive and mutually beneficial relationships with key internal & external stakeholders, delivering high-quality services

• Excellent communication skills - build positive and constructive relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external • Pro-active and quick learning person with high quality and result oriented vision • Stress-resistant and adaptive to changes (organizational, process, systems) • Goal-oriented approach to standardization with other accounting activities in the SSC • Willingness to learn and develop in a multi-national organization

Qualifications:

• Current students or recent graduates in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business • Fluent in English • Knowledge and/or strong interest of general accounting, reporting and taxes in compliance under IFRS • Analytical skills and ability to resolve various issues with the appropriate level of support and documentation • Knowledge in MS Office – Excel, Word
