Talent Acquisition Trainee

About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent by supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
In this role you will have to:
- Draft and post job postings on company career page, job boards, and other relevant platforms and make sure all job postings are up-to-date
- Review and evaluate applicants and conduct initial phone screenings
- Coordinate and schedule of interviews ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills for conducting phone screenings and coordinating interviews
- To be a collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships within the team and with the Hiring Managers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring timely job postings, interview scheduling and event coordination
- Proactive and self-driven attitude towards driving tasks to successful implementation
- Ability to provide a positive candidate experience and interact effectively with diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
