What You'll Be Doing: As our Accounting Trainee, you'll dive into the world of accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR). Don't worry if that sounds like gibberish right now - we'll teach you everything! You'll learn how to record transactions, prepare financial reports, and even get to play detective during inventory counts. It's like solving puzzles, but with numbers!
Your Day-to-Day Adventures:
- Process invoices and expense claims
- Create invoices for all sorts of cool stuff we sell
- Team up with managers to keep our books in tip-top shape
- Play matchmaker between payments and open balances
- Create reports that'll impress both our team and outside folks
- Keep an eye on our cash flow (aka, where the money comes and goes)
- Help out during audits
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or something similar
- Eagle eyes for spotting things that could be improved
- A knack for getting things done accurately
- Ability to wear different hats and juggle various tasks
- Love for all things Excel (or willingness to fall in love with it)
- Good English skills, both in writing and chatting
