HR Project Coordinator Intern

Are you ready to kickstart your HR career? Eviden is looking for a motivated intern eager to dive into the world of HR in a global and international company.

We are offering a 12-month paid internship program.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support the Eviden Head of HR Shared Services Centers with project and program coordination on a regional level.
  • Provide administrative support, prepare reports and analytics on projects.
  • Work across multiple HR fields including Compensation & Benefits, employee relations, communications & engagement, transformation, automation, etc.
  • Track, support, and report on actions in projects.
  • Receive wide exposure working with various managers and supporting a global head in an international corporation.

Job requirements:

  • Students or fresh graduates enrolled in university programs, preferably related to HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Philology, etc.
  • A sound knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Tools
  • Experience working on projects or extracurricular activities is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English - both written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive attitude and good time management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
