Account Payable Specialist

You will be joining the Financial Excellence & Tax team consisting of 24 competent colleagues striving to ensure high-class finance operations, while continuously improving processes and way of working.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee various tasks related to AP processes, including booking of invoices, preparing for payments, asset register update, bank postings, vendor creation, G/L posting, travel expense booking, assist in VAT reporting, prepare transactional reporting, retail postings and other related processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for accounts payable activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Support ongoing finance projects and contribute to process optimization efforts.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

What you bring to the table:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, regardless of their financial expertise.
• Collaborative approach to work, demonstrating support for colleagues and seeking assistance when needed.
