Our client is a reputable investment company with a diversified portfolio of properties across Bulgaria's prime locations – Sofia, Plovdiv, and the scenic Bulgarian Black Sea coast. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee and elevate our client’s hight class residential, commercial and industrial areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the Bulgarian real estate market. Position will require active travelling on a weekly basis between Plovdiv and Sofia and casually to the sea coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across Sofia, Plovdiv, and the coast
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues promptly
• Coordinate regular inspections and maintenance work to ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and attract high-quality tenants
• Ensure all properties comply with local laws and regulations, including property taxes, zoning, and environmental standards
• The position requires active weekly travel between Sofia and Plovdiv, with occasional trips to the Black Sea coast as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, preferably with a portfolio that includes residential and commercial properties, apart hotels or industrial bases
• Strong knowledge of the Bulgarian property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English
