Key Account Manager /Industrial lubricants/

We are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager /Industrial lubricants/ who will join the office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the industrical, machinery, fleet and transportation sectors.
• Advise clients on the technical and economic benefits of the client's industrial lubricants.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand excisting client base and increase revenue.
• Analyze client needs and provide customized solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive positioning.
• Organize and conduct business meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records and sales reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial lubricants sector (experience in Oil & Gas, Spare Parts , Manufacturing or FMCG sector is also considered suitable)
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and equipment is an advantage.
• Possibility of frequent travel in the country;
• Proficiency in English;
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
