Senior Event Manager

For our trusted client, one of the largest office parks in Bulgaria, we are looking to hire a Senior Event Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance tenant and nearby target audience engagement and foster community spirit.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event organizers and industry partners to attract high-quality and large-scale events.
• Oversee all aspects of the complex's event and activity planning and execution, including budget management, vendor coordination, marketing/promotion and post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage existing resources and infrastructure for event hosting, ensuring seamless execution and maximum tenant satisfaction.
• Continuously innovate event concepts.
• Monitor industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the event market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Event Management or a related field
• Proven track record of 7+ years in event management, preferably within a corporate or commercial real estate setting
• International experience is considered an advantage
• Strong network of contacts within the events industry, including corporate clients, event planners, suppliers and sponsors
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering memorable event experiences.
