Collaborate across departments to maintain the smooth flow of operations.

Your skills:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead/Team Manager/Supervisor or relevant, preferably in the BPO industry or in a logistic company.
• Familiarity with logistics processes such as shipping, warehousing, inventory management, and order processing.
• Understanding of transportation management and freight forwarding.
• Fluency in English
• Outstanding communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to engage with international clients.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• A dynamic, flexible, results-oriented professional with a keen interest in technology.
