For one of our clients – a company offering reliable and innovative solutions and services in the BPO fieldfo. We are on a lookout for motivated, adaptable and customer-focused people for the role of Remote Care Agent with Romanian, Czech Slovak or Hebrew and English - Night shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer requests via email, phone, and chat;
  • Looking into customer issues, providing solutions, and helping them through the resolution process; *Sharing information and advice about our products and services;
  • Working closely with colleagues, offering help and advice as needed;
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions;
  • Ensuring a friendly and professional experience and aiming for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Great spoken and written skills in Romanian or German, and English;
  • Customer-focused, motivated, and a team player;
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment;
  • Organized and good at managing time;
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus;
  • Good PC skills and a love for technology.
