OPERATIONAL HR SPECIALIST

We are looking to hire an Operational HR Specialist to join our team of experts.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Fully responsible for the selection process of direct personnel for the needs of the production; Maintains an up-to-date database of incoming job applications, as well as available information regarding direct personnel in the company; Maintains and updates the existing training system; Creates and monitors training programs for the introduction of new employees; Assists line managers in more effective people management, providing timely feedback and expert opinion regarding management practices; Prepares analyses and reports for key HR indicators, analyzes turnover, and labor market, and makes adequate suggestions for hiring and retaining employees; Оrganize and analyze an annual employee engagement survey; Gives timely feedback on moods and attitudes among direct employees, offering measures to increase the employee's motivation; Supports positive internal communication with people from the production staff, takes care of their better awareness and sense of belonging to the company's goals; Actively participates in building and implementing the company's social policies and initiatives for corporate social responsibility; Involved in employer branding activities and social media activities; Assists the other members of the Human Resources team with administrative, logistical, and professional support in the implementation of operational tasks in the department;

Requirements:

Higher education in the field of HR, Economics, Psychology, Linguistics or other; Knowledge of business processes and modern methods of managing Human Resources in an industrial environment; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Initiative and proactivity in business support; Ability to motivate people to achieve goals; Responsibility and resistance to stress; Skills to work with an international team of specialists; Mastery of MS Office package - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Proficiency in English at the level of Upper-Intermediate Business English; Previous professional experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage;
