Sales Specialist with English

Currently, for one of our trusted clients in the field of dental implants, we are looking for a native English-speaking Sales Agent to join their team onsite in Sofia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Know the portfolio of services and being able to offer alternatives to the customers
- Demonstrate empathy towards customers, understanding their needs, and consulting them to propose optimal solutions.
- Provide customer support as per the standards of the company
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively persuade clients and professionally present the company's services and terms
Key Qualifications:
- British English - Native proficiency speaking is considered a huge advantage; a second EU language is an advantage
- Striving to achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Excellent organizational skills and Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize tasks and deliverables
- Ensuring accurate data management and following internal rules and procedures
- Previous working experience as a sales agent is considered a serious advantage
