We are currently seeking for motivated candidates with English language to join our client's team as Project Engineer:

Reference Job Description:

• Managing the new product launch process and supporting developer activities by making improvement suggestions;
• Detecting the needs of internal and external customers for which he/she is responsible, producing solutions, cooperating with other departments to provide fast and systematic solutions to their complaints, and ensuring the preparation and follow-up of the project plan;
• Preparing 2D and 3D drawings and product recipes in line with customer demands;
• Making revisions regarding the correct raw materials and production methods by questioning the production methods of the designed products;
• Interrogating the manufacturability of designed products and to be in constant communication with the production and quality department to produce them with easier methods;
• Ensuring that products are selected correct method in accordance with casting, injection, extrusion, machining etc. methods;
• Ensuring the correct selection of coating, wet paint or powder paint etc. processes by looking at the products' place of use, function, effect on assembly and visual features;
• Taking necessary actions and following up on complaints received regarding the design;
• Electronic components; especially driver / LED selection and/or selection of alternatives.

Skills and experience:

• Having a bachelor's degree / associate degree (electrical/electronic);
• Preferably with experience in project management;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development;
• Knowing the logic of drawing programs such as Solid edge, Solid Works, Autocad etc.
• Еxperience in part and assembly drawings;
• Having knowledge about 5S and Kaizen studies and mastering their applications;
• Ability to perform product cost analysis and master workflows in product development;
• Good level of English reading, writing and speaking skills;
• Class B driver's license.
