Sales & Business Development Manager - IT services

For one of trusted clients - a leading software development company, we are looking to hire Sales & Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients in the e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, gaming, and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand company presence in existing and prospect markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions based on company resources.
  • Utilize and expand existing professional network to identify and engage potential new clients.
  • Report sales activities regularly to senior company management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in selling software solutions in the e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, gaming, and hospitality sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Established professional network within the target industries, with a proven ability to leverage these connections to generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
