Role Overview:

The purpose of the role is to work closely with business leaders in order to implement people-centric strategies and meet the changing business and talent needs in the company. Participates in and/or manages programs related to Human Resources management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, development and engagement processes.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Provide strategic and tactical consultation to the company's leaders to create optimal organization design for the respective area and build comprehensive people plans to support achieving business ambitions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the leaders for their people and programs, playing critical role in enhancing their leadership effectiveness.
  • Lead the implementation of people-related initiatives by skillful communication, coaching and influencing.
  • Support the efficient operating models in the organization with effective FTE and OPEX management, KPI performance, budget and operational responsibility.
  • Provide insightful analysis of people related data to guide decision making and engagement.
  • Provide regular updates and solicit feedback to/from all relevant stakeholders on strategy development, roadmaps and results, while taking necessary actions along the way to ensure successful deliveries.
  • Proactively seek knowledge of both industry and functional specialty researching best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons to create people related practices that are best in class.
  • Participates in the design, communication, execution and/or manages programs in the areas of organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, learning & development, strategic workforce planning and more.

We Expect From You:

  • Strategic HR Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR trends and practices, with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Strategic HR or Business Partner role. A university degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Communication Mastery: Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. You should be able to articulate complex strategies and concepts effectively to all levels of the organization, gaining commitment and driving action.
  • Analytical Problem-Solver: Showcase strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. You should be adept at identifying issues, analyzing data, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Influencing and Coaching: Demonstrate exceptional influencing and coaching skills, with the ability to guide and develop others effectively.
  • Project Management: Display strong project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Exemplify a customer-focused mindset, being approachable and responsive to stakeholder needs.
  • Language Proficiency: Possess fluent knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Competence: Show proficiency with MS Office suite. Knowledge of HR systems is considered an advantage.
  • Adaptability: Exhibit the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Ethical Leadership: Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical practices and the ability to promote a positive organizational culture.
