Procurement Specialist

Currently, for one of our trusted clients, we are looking for Procurement Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders to acquire goods and services;
  • Effective coordination with suppliers and tracking the orders ensuring on-time deliveries;
  • Monitor adherence to efficient procurement processes;
  • Initiate and create new vendor’s onboarding requests;
  • Support different teams in daily P2P process;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in same or similar role;
  • Proficiency and experience with using MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle);
  • Fluent in English, a familiarity with other Balkan languages will be considered as an advantage;
