For our trusted client –an internationally recognized manufacturing company industry which is, we are looking for Buyer.
Responsibilities:
- Performs functions related to the planning and supply of needed components and equipment
- Maintains close contact with the manufacturing and engineering departments to obtain information for sourcing components and equipment vendors
- Maintains direct contact with potential vendors
- Collects price information for the necessary materials, parts and equipment
- Maintains daily contacts with suppliers to ensure that delivery terms have been kept and to update price and technical information on the components
- Creates and maintains correct data for purchased materials and vendors in the internal ERP system
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role – 3+ years
- Experience in manufacturing companies
- Completed University degree
- Experience with ERP System
- Fluent in English
- Computer literacy – Word, Excel
