Junior Accounts Payable Specialist with French

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and talented professional to join our client's finance team as a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist with French.

Core Responsibilities: Ensure the accurate processing and timely approval of all AP invoices, credit memos, and debit memos in SAP. Compile and provide necessary data during financial audits. Collaborate with other departments to reduce aged debt, facilitate timely payments, and support the resolution of customer disputes. Verify that all contracts received are compliant. Deliver high-quality customer service by promptly addressing and resolving internal and external inquiries, including Account Manager contract questions and accrual amount disputes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a financial and accounting role is an advantage.

  • Poficiency in written and spoken English and French.

  • Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
