Brand Manager (OTC)

For one of our trusted clients in the pharma sector - a provider of OTC medications, we are looking for a Brand Manager (OTC) to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Main Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the strategic development and well-being of the appointed portfolio;
• Manage a budget, elaborate brand and marketing plans and track their execution;
• Coordinate the planning process and the marketing plan execution;
• Analyze brand performance, monitor market trends and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues and propose measures for achieving the set goals;
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Main Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and OTC products will be considered an advantage;
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
• Understanding of the complete marketing mix;
• Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking;
• Ability to forecast and identify trends and challenges;
• Exceptional communication skills.
