Sales Coordinator with Spanish

For one of our most trusted clients, a leader in the FMCG industry, we are currently looking Sales Coordinator with Spanish, who will be responsible for execution of administrative tasks in Commercial Operations and Field Sales/Marketing teams’ Services team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining CRM systems, tracking leads, and preparing sales reports.
• Handle sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and pricing sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely responses.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Proven experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
