Front Office Manager
For our client’s new project – a multifunctional building, we’re looking for a Front Office Manager.
Main Accountabilities:
- Leads the team of receptionists within the structure
- Responsible for creating the shifts schedule for receptionists staff
- Communicates with professionalism and appropriate etiquette for the setting
- Directs and coordinates front desk activities effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Previous experience in a business hotel setting
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Ability to work with Clock or similar software
