Maintenance Manager

For our client’s new project – a multifunctional building, we’re looking for a Maintenance Manager.

Main Accountabilities: Oversees all maintenance operations for the hotel Leads a team of technical experts in water supply and sanitation (ВиК), heating and ventilation (ОВ), and electro Delegates maintenance tasks to ensure timely resolution of issues Ensure proper upkeek of shared facilities and areas

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Previous working experience at a hotel or business building
• Knowledge in water supply and sanitation (ВиК), heating and ventilation (ОВ), and electro
• Excellent proficiency in English
