Expert Business Processes Modeling and Digitalization

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking for a qualified candidate for the position of Expert Business Processes Modeling and Digitalization, based on Head Office level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understands and documents existing business processes;
  • Analyses and identifies inefficiencies in the existing processes and comes up with proposals for their improvement;
  • Defines and participates in the implementation of projects related to the set-up of new business processes;
  • Evaluates the results of process optimizations;
  • Follows the trends in the development of new technologies and solutions in the area of bank products and services, analyzes the development of the competitors;
  • Initiates and participates in the process of digitalization and automation of business processes, products and services, working closely with the IT and other business departments of the bank.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree;
  • Fluency in English and Greek;
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize and work systematically;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Constructive and open approach to colleagues;
  • Previous experience in process structure and analysis, process digitalization or project management will be considered as an advantage.
