ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Human Resources Expert in the Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead he full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Proactively search for candidates through suitable channels
  • Maintain effective communication with anyone involved in the recruitment throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the employer branding strategy of the company
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, different channels to identify and engage top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events - exhibitions, presentations, university events
  • Carries out administrative activities regarding the recruitment, trainings and the Onboarding process
  • Participate in different HR projects
  • Prepares statistics, references and reports on the recruitment process.

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Fluency in English language
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication and partnership building skills
  • Ability to function in a complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge within the team.
