For one of our clients – a rising star in the BPO field, working with some of the biggest telecommunication companies in Europe. We are on the lookout for adaptable, customer- oriented and reliable individuals for the role of Help-desk Representative with French or German and Italian - No experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers via different channels (phone calls and messages);
  • Providing information on administrative and technical matters (products, invoices, etc.);
  • Solving customer issues and questions;
  • Escalating problems or inquiries to other departments when necessary;
  • Making system updates as needed.

Requirements:

  • Good English skills (at least at B1 level);
  • Strong command of German or French (at C1 level), and Italian (at least at B2/C1 level);
  • Customer-oriented and skilled conversationalist, able to adapt to various types of people;
  • Organized and reliable, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Familiar with MS Office applications use;
  • Excited and motivated by dynamic environment;
  • Available to work on shifts.
