For one of our clients – a company with a long list of satisfied clients, operating in the customer experience management field. We are on a lookout for driven, capable and tech- savvy people for the role of Remote Technical Care Agent with Czech, Slovak and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with existing and new customers;
  • Handling different issues and providing solutions and tips in a reasonable timeframe;
  • Documenting every interaction and ensuring that existing records are up-to-date;
  • Escalating complex cases according to guidelines and following rules and regulation;
  • Collaborating with team members to provide assistance and contribute towards achieving team goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Czech and Slovak and English language;
  • Prior experience in a customer support environment is beneficial;
  • Familiar with mobile and desktop apps and authorization processes within Active Directory;
  • Basic knowledge of common wireless connectivity and configuration (Bluetooth and Wi-Fi);
  • Good troubleshooting skills are desirable;
  • Team-oriented and goal-focused, motivated to provide a memorable service.
