For one of our clients – a well-established company offering various services in the BPO field. We are searching for motivated, adaptable and confident individuals for the role of Claims Coordinator with Dutch and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Offering support for customers’ insurance related issues;
  • Researching details relating to the claim and requesting relevant info from various parties;
  • Maintaining a free information flow to all customers and relevant parties;
  • Making final decisions about coverage and insurance, gathering and storing data;
  • Following company’s guidelines while handling and settling claims;
  • Constantly working on meeting customers expectations;
  • Nurturing a positive work atmosphere by cooperating and providing support to others.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Confident conversationalist, able to adapt to different cases and situations;
  • Motivated to work as a part of the team and contribute to collective efforts;
  • Able to multitask and prioritize well, good with time management;
  • Located in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, Ruse or Burgas and ok with going to office;
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage;
  • General know-how of MS-Office and PC literacy.
