For one of our clients – a worldwide company offering their services and products in a variety of fields. We are on a search for positive, customer-focused and communicative for the role of Hybrid Customer Support Agent with Norwegian or Hungarian and English - Standard shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers swiftly and effectively via tickets or calls;
  • Providing personalized solutions and attentive support;
  • Guiding customers through processes to ensure a high-quality experience;
  • Analyzing and reporting on recurring issues and common inquiries;
  • Collaborating with team members and striving to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to team success;
  • Fluent in Norwegian or Hungarian with excellent English skills;
  • Positive and customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding service;
  • Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude;
  • Familiarity with major operating systems is beneficial.
