Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use internal software for data processing and storage and keep systems, tools, and documentation up to date;
- Verify data accuracy according to company policies and legal regulations;
- Ensure documents, policies and invoices meet quality standards and are delivered on time;
- Provide administrative support across the Multinational segment and communicate in writing with EMAIA region colleagues;
- Respond to local clients' broker queries;
- Manage policy bookings, document archiving, and dispatching to brokers;
- Foster collaboration and promote teamwork to maintain high standards and a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; the role doesn’t require previous experience;
- Fluent in Italian, French, German or Spanish (level B2) and proficient in English (level C1) ;
- Skilled with both verbal and written communication, polite and professional;
- Team-oriented, ready to share and seek or provide guidance as needed;
- Able to work independently and manage tasks and meet deadlines;
- Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office;
- Customer service experience is desired but not required.
