Insurance Claims Investigator with Greek, Dutch and English

For one of our clients – a company famous for their variety of services and products. We are searching for skilled, flexible and capable individuals for the role of Insurance Claims Investigator with Greek, Dutch and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhering to preset rules and regulations while handling and settling claims;
• Supporting customers with insurance related issues and striving to meet their expectations;
• Investigating details relating to the claim
• Requesting additional relevant info from various parties;
• Accumulating and recording data, deciding about coverage and insurance,
• Communicating regularly with customers and relevant parties and keeping the information loop closed at all times;
• Striving to achieve positive work atmosphere by cooperating and supporting colleagues.

Requirements:

• Great Greek or Dutch and English skills, both spoken and written;
• Capable conversationalist, able to adapt and think on the go;
• Experience in customer service environment is an advantage;
• Skilled multitasker able to manage time and prioritize tasks;
• Excited to work as a part of the team and contribute t team’s efforts;
• Familiar with MS-Office applications with strong PC user skillset.
