Office Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in document management, office maintenance, and team assistance.

Responsibilities:

Assist the accounting department with document processing and data entry. Maintain a well-organized and functional office environment. Order office supplies and manage inventory. Prepare schedules and organize appointments. Coordinate business trips and handle travel arrangements. Support daily workflow and assist colleagues as needed. Requirements:

Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, including data imports. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. What We Offer:
