You are the perfect fit if you have:

  • Fluent English – both written and spoken;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Previous background in Sales and Customer service field is an advantage;
  • Eye for the detail;
  • Positive attitude and great motivation for work;

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in the daily tasks.
  • Maintain office documentation and prepare different documents related to the company activities.
  • Communicate with partners, clients and institutions if needed.
  • Maintain FB page and website of the company.
  • Support the administrative, sales and after sales processes in the company.
