Quality Engineer

We are currently looking for one of our clients – production company, a highly motivated and experienced candidate for the position of: Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Identify, address, and monitor production quality issues promptly to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Oversee the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and deliver relevant documentation to clients.
- Responsible for conducting Measurement System Analysis and Statistical Process Control on essential processes.
- Support the seamless introduction of new or modified products within deadlines.
- Manage and track customer returns, providing regular status updates through company tools.
- Collaborate closely with teams across testing, design, product, planning, quality engineering, technical sales, and marketing to resolve customer challenges and provide timely responses.
- Actively participate in project teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Propose and implement quality improvements, optimizing cost, turnaround times, and production standards.
- Guide and supervise technicians and inspectors to ensure corrective actions are implemented and operator compliance is maintained.
- Develop and enforce procedures to control non-conforming parts in production.
- Support Risk Management processes in line with external standards and corporate policies.
- Lead efforts to resolve customer quality issues effectively.
- Work with customers to define specific requirements and develop plans to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with production sites to drive manufacturing advancements.
Experience & Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with 8D processes, automotive standards (e.g., IATF 16949), and awareness of the 5 Core Tools.
