Office Manager
Office and Administrative Manager Our partner is part of international group and is currently operating projects in the Renewable Energy Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors at the company's office.
- Manages official correspondence for the company, both domestically and internationally.
- Receives and sends company correspondence, ensuring proper distribution.
- Prepares offers and maintains communication with partners and contractors.
- Prepares reports and analyses for the management.
- Participates in the preparation and organization of company events.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong organizational skills.
