Logistics & Customer Service Supervisor /Manufacturing/

For our trusted client – KAYSER Automotive – an internationally recognized manufacturing company in the Automotive industry which is launching its production plant in Pleven, we are looking for Logistics & Customer Service Supervisor /Manufacturing/.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and optimising central logistics processes for the Kayser Automotive Group
• Managing the plant logistics departments by means of KPIs
• Freight cost management across plants
• Inventory management across plants
• Escalation level to the customer
• Checking and processing customer delivery schedules
• Manually recording delivery schedules
• Preparing deliveries and shipments on the basis of customer orders and specifications
• Administering packaging agreements
• Processing complaints relating to the specific area
• Participating in introduction and discontinuation control
• Administering and checking outstanding items arising from quantity differences
• Calculating logistics costs
• Packaging planning
• Preparing logistics concepts for new projects

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience in industrial companies in the automotive sector
• Good project management skills
• Experience in lean production / logistics
• Good knowledge of English (min B2)
• Knowledge in dealing with PPS systems
• Knowledge of logistics, materials management and SCM
• PC skills (MS-Office, SAP)
