International Tax Specialist

On behalf of one of our trusted clients - market leader in the construction of utility solar photovoltaic (PV) plants, we are currently looking for a International Tax Specialist to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• Supports Group’s Head of Tax and the Tax Managers in tax related affairs and provides updates;
• Participates in tax analysis and planning for the group of companies on international tax matters such as permanent establishment status, taxation of permanent establishments, application of Double Tax Treaties;
• Supports Tax Managers in communication with tax authorities;
• Collects internally necessary documents to evidence particular parameters of presence abroad;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics or Finance;
• General knowledge of Bulgarian and international (EU and OECD) tax legislation and guidelines;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience as tax consultant, specialist or similar, in-house or in a consulting firm would be considered an advantage;
• Fluent English (written & verbal).
