Senior C# Developer

For one of our clients that is a cutting-edge high-frequency trading (HFT) cryptocurrency market maker, we are looking for a Backend Software Developer.

They are driven entirely by technology rather than external clients and the team focuses on creating robust, multipurpose code that requires minimal maintenance, allowing them to stay agile and efficient in the fast-moving world of digital assets. With decades of experience in traditional stock markets, their seasoned staff brings a wealth of knowledge and precision to the crypto space, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of innovation. Responsibilities:

➢ Design, implement, deploy, and monitor greenfield projects, as well as enhance existing products.

➢ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of projects with existing systems and solve real business challenges.

➢ Continuously refine and optimize algorithms to stay competitive in rapidly changing markets.

➢ Solve complex technical challenges with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

➢ Bring own ideas to the table and take ownership of projects.

Requirements:

➢ Minimum 4 years of experience in back-end software development with a strong focus on algorithms, data structures, and system optimization.

➢ Deep understanding of computer systems design and CPU architecture.

➢ Experience with concurrency, multi-threading, and memory models in a large-scale code base.

➢ The ability to design and optimize efficient solutions for real-time systems.

➢ Machine learning exposure.
