Pre-sales Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Pre-sales Engineer.

You will be responsible for:

Prepare technical solutions for clients. Develop tailored technical proposals to address client needs; Participate in bidding and budgeting processes. Assist in preparing offers and budgets for client inquiries and orders; Create execution budgets for future projects during the pre-sales phase; Support construction and installation projects. Assist with the implementation of construction and installation works; Assist with contract review and signing. Support the review and execution of client contracts; Project budgeting. Prepare project budgets and assist with technical calculations as part of budget development; Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure effective communication and collaboration; Prepare and submit offers and tenders. Collaborate with the Sales department to respond to client inquiries; Draft and oversee contracts. Participate in the preparation, monitoring, and revision of contracts as necessary; Negotiate with clients. Discuss and agree on prices and terms for additional services arising during project execution; Support project managers and technical supervisors. Assist in ensuring the timely execution of assigned tasks; Communicate client requirements. Inform project managers and staff of all client-imposed requirements; Control material procurement and usage. Oversee purchasing and organizing necessary materials for projects when needed; Collaborate on budgeting. Prepare project budgets and provide technical calculations; Manage subcontractor and supplier communication. Ensure smooth coordination; Draft and manage client offers and tenders. Work closely with the Sales team to deliver accurate proposals; Support contract preparation and modifications. Monitor contract status and coordinate required changes; Client negotiations. Establish terms and conditions for additional services during the project; Ensure compliance with client requirements. Brief project managers and staff on all client specifications; Oversee materials. Monitor procurement and usage for projects when required;

To do this as a professional, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Experience in managing construction projects with a thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations; Knowledge of Construction Legislation; Experience as a fitter, installer, or technician in construction projects or a similar industry; Excellent communication skills with customers and engineers with clarity and technical competence; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; Fluent English Language (both written and verbal); Active Driving License – cat. B; Motivation and willingness to work with new technologies; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Possibility for Business trips in the country and abroad;
