Our client is a next generation global technology company that helps enterprises reimagine their businesses for the digital age. As a part of this ongoing expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced and reliable “Software Lifecycle Specialist with German" who will be an important part of an exciting new project focusing on Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager environment.

Software Lifecycle Management Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Windows applications, including Adobe Acrobat, Firefox, Oracle JRE, etc. • Coordinate feature updates, configurations, and software deployment plans with application owners. • Request and review new software packages, test them thoroughly, and ensure they meet operational standards before approval and deployment. • Plan, manage, and monitor software rollouts and deployment schedules • Document procedures, configurations, and rollout strategies, maintaining accurate records and databases for future reference • Monitor post-deployment performance, track issues, and provide follow-up support for any issues that arise after rollout. • Perform troubleshooting for a variety of software and system-related problems, handling escalated incidents or service requests (3rd level support).

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field • Experience in the administration of Windows 10 and standard applications • Good understanding of software management processes, including installation, configuration, and updates • Experience working with SCCM/MECM is advantageous, along with expertise in GPO (Group Policy Objects). • Familiarity with software packaging tools and processes, with the ability to create and test packages before deployment. • Knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly in incident, problem, and change management. • Experience in using ticketing tools for tracking service requests, incidents, and troubleshooting progress. • Proficient in both written and spoken English & German
