FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
The Major Responsibilities Include:
• Collaborating with other departments and business units to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes across the organization • Communicating financial results, insights, and recommendations to the executive team and other stakeholders • Deliver accurate, complete, and timely costing/accounting information for the entities under their responsibility • Conducting detailed financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance, identify trends, and provide info to support decision-making • Maintain and analyses standard costs of manufactured products and raw materials • Costing industrially manufactured products as well as deviation analyses on production orders • Preform price variances analysis on monthly basis • Prepare profitability reconciliation until gross profit • Prepare and delivers monthly reports and balance sheet reconciliations of inventory accounts in compliance with internal procedure • Preparing regular financial reports to provide management with a clear understanding of the company's financial performance • Working with Operational departments and local management to present and analyze all plant KPIs • Implement measures to improve relevant KPIs and processes in collaboration with business areas • Manage continuous improvement projects and participates in initiatives for the improvement of the costing & controlling function • Project Member for various projects linking different functions • Deliver accurate and timely period end closings. • Information, planning, control and monitoring in the budget phase between the different departments & international locations • Responsible for Capex’s process • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data • Take part of yearly company budgeting process • Analyze financial data and create financial reports on monthly basis • Support Financial Manager with ad-hoc analysis
Experience required:
• Proven experience on a similar position in production environment (preferably in the automotive industry)
Qualification and competencies:
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modelling • Advanced knowledge of MS Office • Data analysis and visualization tools • Fluent English • Business performance measurement and KPIs • Cost management and control • Financial systems implementation and optimization • Knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics and benchmarks
