Your Role:
- Lead and coordinate a team of card shufflers during shifts
- Plan and manage the distribution of cards across the studio
- Prepare and shuffle cards for various games
- Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
- Ensure the integrity and quality of all playing cards
- Utilize advanced tracking systems to oversee operations
- Train and motivate new team members to meet performance standards

Minimum Qualifications:
- Comfortable using relevant equipment and software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Card Room environment is a plus, but not required
