Relocation to Poland

Salary – 7000 PLN gross, after probation period performance bonus – up to 500 PLN gross

Relocation package: transportation costs and 2 weeks accommodation in a hotel

Your responsibilities

• Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls and chats)
• Establishing and maintaining customer relations
• Ongoing reporting in the systems

Our requirements

• Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Bulgarian.
• English – B2
• Ability to work from the office in Lublin (Poland).
• Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills).
• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
