Infrastructure Specialist

For one of our partners, a leading Bulgarian commercial bank, offering a wide range of financial services for private and corporate clients with a focus on innovation and flexibility, we are looking for Infrastructure Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain access to IT infrastructure according to established protocols.
• Organize and monitor the daily functioning of the user IT infrastructure.
• Participate in project groups to support the specification and implementation of new products and services.
• Install and configure computers and software used within the Bank.
• Assist internal clients with troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.

Requirements:

• Higher education/Secondary specialized education in the field of computer technology.
• Proficiency in English at a working level.
• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and office products.
• Category B driver's license.
• Stable behavioral profile, strong cooperative attitude, and team-working skills.
• Flexibility, proactiveness, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
